REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately used candles, diffusers, sprays or wax crumbles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will gladly replace or refund products that are damaged during shipment pending photographic proof of damage is submitted to champainewishes@gmail.con within 7 days of delivery.

It is also our pleasure to exchange your unused product for another product of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all returns and shipping of exchanged items.

 If you wish to cancel an order, it must be completed before the order is shipped.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Orders are only shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays.

 

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ORDER?

Most orders are processed the same business day so unfortunately we may not be able to catch your message in time. Please email champainewishes@gmail.com and we will do our absolute best to accommodate all order changes. Please take a moment to review your order and make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for any orders that are shipped to the incorrect address.

 

TAXES

We will collect and remit sales tax for states as required by law.
