Champaine Wishes Return & Refund Policy

At Champaine Wishes Fine Home Fragrances, we take great pride in the quality and care of each product. Every item is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our studio to ensure you receive the luxury experience you deserve.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we do not accept returns or refunds on used candles, diffusers, room sprays, or wax crumbles/melts.

However, we will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged during transit. To process this, please email photographic proof of damage to cabney@champainewishes.com within 7 days of delivery.

If you are not fully satisfied with your unused product, you may return it within 14 days of purchase. Please note:

  • Items must be unopened and unused
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Returns must be shipped using appropriate protective packaging (bubble wrap, paper, or similar materials)
  • Damaged returns due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.


Cancellations & Changes

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us before your item(s) have shipped. Once shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. We are actively working on offering this option in the future.


Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • E-Gift Cards
  • Sample Products
  • Personalized or Custom Items
  • Products marked as Final Sale on the product page

 

Return Refusals

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Orders are only shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays.

 

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ORDER?

Most orders are processed the same business day so unfortunately we may not be able to catch your message in time. Please email cabney@champainewishes.com and we will do our absolute best to accommodate all order changes. Please take a moment to review your order and make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for any orders that are shipped to the incorrect address.

 

TAXES

We will collect and remit sales tax for states as required by law.
